Preparing cake tin: the bottom of the lecture with baking paper, lightly lubricate the entire interior of the cake. I break the chocolate into cubes, slicing soft butter (not butter-like product!). Typically then is dissolved chocolate and butter in a Venetian bath (bowl with ingredients floating in a pot of boiling water), but if you politely watch and stir constantly, it can not fail to burn.
For still warm, but not hot chocolate I add potluck, mix thoroughly. The compacted foam gently associate with chocolate mass. Exactly, but pretty soon I combine the ingredients. I pour the whole into springform pan and put into preheated oven to 180 degrees.
Souffle will be good when I grow steadily (the measure must be wypiętrzyć) and nicely crack. Usually after about 20-25 minutes, check if there is already a good inserting a toothpick in the center-if dry extract.

Anne threw the idea of a common virtual heated mug kucharzenia. Post shares: "As pie in the sky". This time, I did not think, and quickly volunteered their participation. I was planning on chocolate cake with pear mousse. I do not know why I changed heated mug my mind. Do not be. This innocent kitchen situation showed that the first thought best :).
I chose a beautiful pears in the grocery store. Obfotografowałam. Excellent one model. After the session, peeled, chopped into, poddusiłam with a little sugar. I have prepared all the rest of the recipe. I put the filled ramekins in the preheated oven. I watched as the soufflé beautifully jumped up. How beautifully zrumienił. I went out for a while from the kitchen. I'm back. And there quite downturn of SOMETHING. Second approach proved to be very conservative. Knees hurt me squatting at the oven. Souffle grown a little, a little zrumienił. Not as spectacular heated mug as the first. I was afraid to wait any longer.
Taste correct. Consistency delicate foam. Cool. Appearance average. Ingredients: 1 medium pear, 30 g of cane sugar, 2-3 tablespoons of water, proteins with two eggs (the higher, the greater the souffle), a pinch of salt, a piece of butter to grease kokilek, heated mug powdered sugar to obsypania thereof; pear wash, peel, cut out the cores, cut into small cubes, chopped pear translate into a pot, add water and sugar and cook until pear is tender, sprinkle with salt and protein Whip to stiff peaks, heated mug add the whipped foam hot pears, whole gently Mix until the ingredients have combined, weight, translate into a pre-prepared kokilek, put in the oven preheated to 160 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes - until the souffle blush and grow, we ensure that not dropped! :)
